🌟 Associate Dentist – Mixed NHS & Private Opportunity 🌟

We are seeking a confident and motivated Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed NHS and private practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is comfortable delivering high-quality general NHS dentistry, while also benefiting from strong and growing private income potential, including Invisalign and cosmetic treatments. 🦷✨

The role offers a great balance of stability, flexibility, and clinical development, within a supportive and well-organised team that values patient-centred, high-quality care.

📅 Working Pattern:

• 4–5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
• Flexible choice of working days
• 08:45 – 18:00, with flexibility to finish earlier where appropriate
• Structured but supportive diary management to help optimise workflow

💷 Remuneration:

• £14–£15 per UDA
• 50% private / 50% lab fees 💸
• Strong scope to increase earnings through private and cosmetic work

• Established mixed NHS and private dental practice with a strong and loyal patient base
• Regular demand for general dentistry and Invisalign treatments
• Digital workflow using Sensei software for efficient clinical management

🧩 Role & Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality NHS general dentistry with confidence and consistency
• Developing and managing private treatment plans alongside NHS care
• Providing Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry treatments (training/support available where needed)
• Communicating treatment options clearly and building strong patient trust 🤝
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records using Sensei software
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling
• Contributing to a professional, positive, and patient-focused practice culture

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• GDC-registered Dentist with NHS Performer Number (essential)
• Confident in delivering independent general dentistry
• Interest or experience in Invisalign and private dentistry (desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy NHS/private environment
• Commitment to maintaining high clinical standards and patient care quality
