✨ The Role
As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional patient experience, and continued support for the clinical team. You will be responsible for overseeing compliance, team performance, patient journey management, and the overall efficiency of the practice.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, with flexibility available around working hours. The practice uses Aerona dental software.

- Oversee the daily operations of the practice
- Lead, motivate, and support the dental team
- Ensure compliance with CQC and industry regulations
- Manage rotas, staffing, and team development
- Maintain high standards of patient care and service
- Support practice growth and performance targets
- Handle patient queries and resolve issues professionally
- Work closely with clinicians to ensure smooth clinical operations
- GDC qualified (essential)
- Previous experience working as a Dental Practice Manager
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage compliance and operational processes confidently
- Implant knowledge or experience is desirable but not essential
- Competitive salary of £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
