📍 The Role

• Position: Dental Nurse
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Practice Type: Private
• Working Pattern: Monday – Friday (flexible)
• Minimum Days: 3 days per week (part-time considered)
• Start Date: ASAP

This role offers flexibility in working patterns, making it suitable for both part-time and full-time candidates seeking a balanced schedule.

⏰ Working Hours

• 08:00 – 17:30
• 1-hour unpaid lunch break
• 1 Saturday per month (same hours)
• Saturdays are either paid or offered as TOIL (time off in lieu)

This provides structure during the week with additional flexibility around weekend working.

💷 Salary

• £14.50 – £15.50 per hour (DOE)

🦷 Clinical Scope

You will be exposed to a wide range of private treatments, including:

• General Dentistry
• Implant Dentistry
• Endodontics
• Oral Surgery
• Cosmetic Dentistry

This provides excellent day-to-day variety and the opportunity to develop confidence across multiple areas of private dentistry.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality chairside assistance across general and advanced treatments
• Preparing and maintaining surgeries to excellent clinical standards
• Supporting implant, endodontic, and surgical workflows
• Maintaining strict infection control and compliance procedures
• Delivering calm, professional, and reassuring patient care
• Supporting smooth daily operations within a small team
• Working collaboratively to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience
