📍 The Role

Position: Dental Nurse
Employment Type: Permanent – Full-Time (39 hours)
Practice Type: Private Smile Transformation Clinic
Working Pattern:

• Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 (one late clinic each week: 09:00 – 19:00)
• Wednesday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Friday: 09:00 – 15:00 🎉
• Saturdays: 09:00 – 15:00 (1 in 4 rota)

💡 If you work a Saturday, you'll receive the Friday off, giving you a well-earned long weekend.

💷 Salary & Progression

• Starting from £14.50 per hour (DOE)
• Structured progression up to £17.50 per hour

This is an outstanding opportunity for a nurse who enjoys being involved from consultation through to treatment completion, rather than simply assisting with routine appointments.

🧩 Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional chairside support throughout complex patient journeys
• Build strong relationships with patients and provide outstanding reassurance
• Assist during advanced cosmetic and smile transformation procedures
• Prepare and maintain surgeries to the highest clinical standards
• Ensure compliance with infection control and CQC protocols
• Work closely with clinicians to create a seamless, premium patient experience
• Become an integral part of a supportive and collaborative clinical team

• GDC-registered Dental Nurse
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
