An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate Dentist to join a modern mixed dental practice in Belfast. Offering an excellent balance of NHS and private dentistry, this role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys delivering high-quality patient care while having the opportunity to develop advanced clinical interests.

You'll be joining a friendly, supportive team within a well-equipped practice that provides a wide range of treatments, giving you excellent scope to grow both professionally and financially.

Position: Associate Dentist
Employment Type: Permanent

Practice Type: Mixed
Working Pattern: 2–4 days per week
Working Hours:

• Monday: 08:30 – 18:00
• Tuesday: 08:30 – 18:30
• Wednesday: 08:30 – 18:00
• Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
• Friday: 08:30 – 16:30

Flexible days are available, allowing you to tailor your working pattern around your lifestyle and existing commitments.

💷 Remuneration

• 45% NHS income
• 45% Private income

The practice has an established patient base with excellent opportunities to develop private treatments alongside NHS care.

🧩 What We're Looking For

Essential:

• GDC-registered Dentist
• NHS Performer Number (or DS Number preferred)
• Confident delivering high-quality general dentistry
• Ideally 2+ years' post-qualification experience
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach

The practice is also open to experienced clinicians seeking a fully private-focused opportunity.

Desirable:

• Implant experience
• Periodontal experience
• Invisalign or other clear aligner experience
