You'll be joining a supportive clinical team with access to modern technology, a varied caseload and plenty of scope to develop your clinical interests.

📍 The Opportunity

Position: Associate Dentist
Employment Type: Permanent – Part-Time
Practice Type: Mixed – Predominantly Private
Location: Brighton
Working Pattern: 2 days per week

The practice is ideally looking for a dentist who can incorporate either:

Alternate Saturdays
or
One Saturday per month

The exact working pattern can be discussed with the successful candidate.

🕒 Working Hours

Monday–Friday: 09:00–17:30
Saturday: 09:00–15:00

Start date: ASAP

💷 Earning Potential

Up to £15 per UDA DOE
45% private revenue split
50/50 laboratory fee split

You'll have approximately 1,000 UDAs per year, leaving significant capacity within your diary to develop private treatment and increase your earning potential.

You'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and take ownership of your clinical caseload.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing high-quality NHS and private dentistry
Carrying out comprehensive examinations and treatment planning
Building and maintaining strong patient relationships
Providing appropriate private treatment options
Delivering excellent clinical outcomes
Maintaining accurate digital clinical records
Working closely with the nursing and wider clinical team
Providing an exceptional patient experience
Developing your private patient portfolio over time
✅ Who We're Looking For

Essential:

✔ GDC-registered Dentist
✔ Confident providing General Dentistry
✔ Comfortable treating both NHS and private patients
✔ Excellent communication and patient management skills
✔ Professional, ethical and patient-focused approach
✔ Commitment to high clinical standards

Desirable:

⭐ Implant experience
⭐ Invisalign or clear aligner experience
⭐ Interest in cosmetic or advanced dentistry
⭐ Previous private dentistry experience
⭐ Ambition to grow a private patient base
