An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Dental Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator to join a fully private, 2-surgery dental practice in the heart of Mayfair.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced dental receptionist or front-of-house professional who is confident, personable and passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience.
The role is primarily focused on front of house and patient care, with an opportunity to become involved in the commercial and management side of the practice. You will be speaking with patients both face-to-face and over the telephone, helping them understand the services available and discussing the practice's dental membership plans.
The Role
There is also scope to develop your practice management skills, with training and support available.

📅 Contract: Permanent | Full-Time or Part-Time considered
⏰ Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
💷 Salary: £34,000+ depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate

The Role
- Welcoming patients and providing a warm, professional front-of-house experience
- Managing reception and the patient journey from arrival through to departure
- Confidently handling telephone enquiries and patient communications
- Discussing the practice's dental membership plans with patients
- Supporting patient enquiries and helping to convert new enquiries into appointments
- Managing appointments and general reception administration
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Taking on additional administrative and management responsibilities
- Working closely with the clinical team to ensure an excellent patient experience
There is also scope to develop your practice management skills, with training and support available.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within dental reception or front of house
- Confident, warm and personable with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable speaking to patients both face-to-face and over the phone
- Professional, well-presented and highly organised
- Confident discussing services and plans with patients
- Proactive and able to take ownership of their responsibilities
- Previous sales experience is desirable, but training can be provided
- Previous Dentally experience is desirable, but training can be provided
- GDC registration is not required
