Are you an experienced Dental Practice Manager ready to take the next step in your career?
Dental Recruit Network is delighted to be supporting an established and growing fully private dental group in the search for an ambitious Dual-Site Practice Manager to oversee two modern, well-established private practices in North London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive organisation where you'll work closely with experienced Clinical Directors, lead two close-knit teams and play a key role in driving the continued success of both practices.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring and developing reception, nursing and administrative teams
- Managing staffing, rotas and day-to-day operations across both sites
- Driving business performance and private revenue growth
- Monitoring KPIs, chair utilisation and treatment conversion
- Maintaining exceptional CQC compliance and governance standards
- Managing patient experience, complaints and online reputation
- Working closely with the Clinical Directors to support continued business growth
- Overseeing stock control, reporting and operational efficiency
- At least 1–2 years' experience as a Dental Practice Manager
- Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and dental practice governance
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- A commercial mindset with experience driving business performance
- Experience using SOE/Exact or Dentally
- A full UK driving licence, with flexibility to work across both sites
