An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join a friendly, well-established fully private dental practice in Kew, conveniently located directly opposite Kew Gardens Station.
This is a brand-new management position, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership and helping shape the future of a growing practice. The Principal Dentist has successfully managed the practice herself but is now looking to step back from the operational side of the business to focus on providing exceptional clinical care.

What's on Offer
- Permanent position – Full-time or 4 days per week
- Salary from £40,000+ per annum (depending on experience)
- Fully private practice
- SOE dental software
- Mix of General Dentistry, Orthodontics, Implants and Oral Surgery
- Supportive and friendly team
- Start date: Happy to wait for the right candidate
- Monday: 7:45am – 6:15pm
- Tuesday: 7:45am – 4:15pm
- Wednesday: 7:45am – 5:15pm
- Thursday: 7:45am – 5:15pm
- Friday: 7:45am – 1:15pm
- (These are the practice hours, can be flexible for the right candidate if need to start later)
- 3 modern surgeries, including a dedicated hygiene surgery
- Excellent location opposite Kew Gardens Station
- Long-established private patient base
- Opportunity to make a genuine impact within the practice
- Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a senior dental management role
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Confident managing the day-to-day operations of a busy private practice
- Experience using SOE is desirable but not essential
- Passionate about delivering an excellent patient journey and supporting the wider team
