You'll have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients, work across a varied range of private treatments and receive fully funded training, including GBT and implant development.

Position: Dental Hygienist
Employment: Permanent, Part-Time

Days: Monday & Friday, with an additional Tuesday or Thursday available
Hours: 8:30am–5:30pm

You'll be joining a premium private dental practice providing high-quality general, cosmetic and implant dentistry within a professional and patient-focused environment.
The practice places a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional patient experience and building lasting relationships with patients.
You'll work alongside an experienced clinical team in a setting where professional development and continued learning are genuinely encouraged.
🦷 Your Clinical Experience
You'll provide hygiene care across a varied private patient base, with exposure to:
General Dentistry
Cosmetic Dentistry
Dental Implants
Preventive & Periodontal Care
You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills in Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), with training fully funded during your first three months.

You'll be responsible for:
✔ Providing high-quality hygiene treatment
✔ Building strong, long-term relationships with patients
✔ Delivering personalised oral health advice
✔ Supporting patients with their ongoing treatment plans
✔ Confidently discussing treatment options and finance where appropriate
✔ Working closely with clinicians to provide a joined-up patient journey
✔ Maintaining excellent clinical and patient care standards
✔ Contributing to a positive and welcoming practice environment
👀 What We're Looking For
Essential:
✔ GDC Registered Dental Hygienist
✔ Post-graduate experience within private practice
✔ Confident and self-assured demeanour
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Comfortable discussing treatment plans and finance with patients
✔ Strong focus on delivering an exceptional patient experience
Desirable:
⭐ GBT knowledge or experience
⭐ Implant experience
⭐ Interest in developing advanced clinical skills
