An excellent opportunity has become available to join a modern, up-to-date 9-surgery mixed dental practice, with substantial NHS and private patient lists available to be taken on.

The practice is flexible around working days, with a preference for 4 days per week, although dentists looking for a minimum of 1 day per week will also be considered. You'll primarily be based at the practice's main HQ in Pickering, with the opportunity to rotate to Malton approximately once per week on average.

Weekends: No regular weekends

🕒 Working Hours

Monday–Friday: 09:00–17:00

There are no regular weekend requirements. Some associates choose to open on weekends occasionally, and the practice is supportive of this where clinicians wish to do so.

💷 Remuneration

£15 per UDA

50% private revenue split
50% laboratory fee split

🧩 Your Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you'll:

Take on and manage an established NHS and/or private patient list
Deliver high-quality general dentistry
Provide comprehensive examinations and treatment planning
Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
Provide appropriate NHS and private treatment options
Support patients with a high standard of clinical care
Maintain accurate clinical records using SOE
Work collaboratively with the wider dental team
Contribute to the continued high standards of the practice
Utilise and develop your additional clinical interests where appropriate
