Are you a GDC-registered Dental Nurse with a proactive attitude, a commercial mindset and an interest in developing your career beyond the surgery?
We’re working with a private dental practice looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Dental Nurse to join their team. This is more than a traditional nursing position: for someone with the right attitude and ambition, there could be an opportunity to develop into a Treatment Coordinator (TCO) role through training and experience over time.
The practice is particularly interested in someone who enjoys engaging with patients, is commercially aware and would be keen to develop their understanding of treatment discussions and patient journeys.
You'll initially be working within a two-surgery practice with a dedicated TCO room, supporting a varied range of private treatments including general dentistry, implants, Invisalign and veneers.

This position would suit a Dental Nurse who enjoys being hands-on, supporting clinicians and contributing to the overall patient experience.
You'll be involved in the day-to-day clinical running of the practice, supporting treatments across general dentistry, implants, Invisalign and veneers. The team is looking for someone who is happy to get stuck in, take initiative and help wherever needed – not someone who simply wants to stick rigidly to a set list of duties.
What makes this opportunity particularly interesting is the potential to develop towards a Treatment Coordinator pathway. The practice has a dedicated TCO room and would be open to supporting the right person with training and development over time.
This is not an essential requirement, so an experienced Dental Nurse without previous TCO experience is absolutely welcome. However, someone who is genuinely interested in progressing into this area would be particularly well suited.

- 8:00am–5:15pm
