HEAD DENTAL NURSE – BROXBOURNE, HERTFORDSHIRE
£17.50–£18.50 per hour DOE | Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Excellent Benefits
Dental Recruit Network is working closely with a dental practice in Broxbourne to recruit a Head Dental Nurse to support its clinical team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dental Nurse ready to take the next step in their career, combining hands-on clinical work with team support, organisation and clinical standards. THE ROLE
- Support and guide the dental nursing team to maintain a well-organised, efficient clinical environment.
- Help ensure high standards of cross-infection control, health and safety and clinical compliance.
- Support clinicians during procedures and ensure surgeries are prepared and ready for patients.
- Contribute to staff training, development and consistent working practices.
- Help maintain a welcoming, professional environment focused on patient care.
- Support the smooth running of daily clinical operations.
- £17.50–£18.50 per hour, depending on experience.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday:
- Monday to Thursday: 8am–6pm.
- Friday: 9am–5pm.
- Some Saturdays: 8am–12pm, as required.
ABOUT YOU
- GDC-registered Dental Nurse.
- Previous experience in a senior nursing role or the ability to demonstrate strong leadership potential.
- Organised, reliable and confident supporting colleagues.
- Good knowledge of cross-infection control, clinical procedures and compliance.
- A positive, professional approach with excellent communication skills.
- Committed to high standards of patient care and continuous professional development.
