We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Treatment Co-ordinator (TCO) to join our specialist orthodontic practice in Brent, London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong dental knowledge with outstanding sales and communication skills to help patients understand the value of treatment and confidently take the next step towards their new smile.
PPrevious TCO experience, knowledge of orthodontics and proven sales experience are essential for this role.
The Role
As our Treatment Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in the patient journey, from initial consultation through to treatment acceptance. You will be responsible for building trust, presenting treatment plans, handling objections professionally and maximising treatment conversion.

The Role
As our Treatment Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in the patient journey, from initial consultation through to treatment acceptance. You will be responsible for building trust, presenting treatment plans, handling objections professionally and maximising treatment conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate patient consultations and guide patients through their orthodontic treatment journey.
- Present treatment plans, fees and finance options confidently and professionally.
- Convert consultations into treatment starts and achieve agreed conversion targets.
- Use your dental and orthodontic knowledge to explain treatment options clearly and accurately.
- Build strong relationships with patients, helping them feel informed, comfortable and confident in their decisions.
- Follow up with prospective patients and manage enquiries to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Handle patient questions and objections with confidence, professionalism and empathy.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Exact dental software.
- Previous experience working as a Treatment Co-ordinator in a dental practice.
- A solid dental background and strong knowledge of orthodontics.
- Proven sales experience, ideally with a track record of achieving strong treatment conversion rates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A confident, target-driven and commercially focused approach.
- The ability to explain complex dental treatments in a clear, patient-friendly way.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using Exact dental software would be highly beneficial.
- Competitive salary of £35,000–£40,000, depending on experience.
