Role: Treatment Coordinator
Location: Barnet
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Practice: Private
Salary: £35,000 basic + excellent commission
Start Date: Once the ideal candidate is found
🕘 Working Pattern
Monday–Saturday | 8:45am–5:45pm
Alternate Saturdays
Day off in lieu when a Saturday is worked

You'll become an important part of a patient-focused private practice where delivering an exceptional patient experience is at the heart of everything the team does.
You'll work closely with clinicians and the wider practice team, helping patients understand their treatment options and confidently guiding them through every stage of their journey.
The practice uses Dentally software and offers a broad range of private treatments, creating an exciting environment for an experienced TCO.

You'll be coordinating treatment across areas including:
✨ General Dentistry
✨ Cosmetic Dentistry
✨ Orthodontics
✨ Dental Implants
The role has a particular emphasis on implant and orthodontic treatment, making extensive knowledge in these areas essential.
💙 What You'll Be Doing
As TCO, you'll be the key link between patients and the clinical team.
Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Conducting treatment consultations and presenting treatment options
✔ Building trust and strong relationships with patients
✔ Explaining complex treatment plans in a clear and engaging way
✔ Following up prospective and existing patients
✔ Supporting treatment acceptance and conversion
✔ Managing patient enquiries and treatment journeys
✔ Working closely with clinicians to coordinate treatment
✔ Consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs
✔ Contributing towards the commercial success of the practice
✔ Ensuring every patient receives a first-class experience
💰 Your Earning Potential
£35,000 basic salary + an excellent commission structure
This role is ideal for a commercially driven TCO who enjoys working towards targets and wants the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through commission.

Essential
✔ Proven experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator
✔ Extensive knowledge of dental implants and orthodontics
✔ Confident, enthusiastic and personable approach
✔ Strong sales and communication skills
✔ Excellent patient relationship-building abilities
✔ Commercially focused with a proven ability to exceed KPIs
✔ Highly organised and proactive
✔ Passionate about delivering an outstanding patient journey
Desirable
⭐ GDC Registered
⭐ Previous Dental Nursing experience
⭐ 5+ years' private practice TCO experience
⭐ Experience using Dentally
