We’re recruiting for a growing dental & orthodontics group with four practices already established and more exciting openings planned this year.
This isn’t a role where you’ll simply follow an existing HR manual.
You’ll build it. Shape it. Own it.
Based in Ealing, with occasional travel to Wembley, Rickmansworth and Suffolk, this is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR, Talent, Recruitment or Practice Manager who wants genuine autonomy and the chance to make a visible impact.
💥 WHAT YOU’LL OWN
From first advert → first interview → first day → successful onboarding, you’ll take the lead.
You’ll be responsible for:
You’ve worked in dental, orthodontics, healthcare, practice management, HR or recruitment and you're ready for a role where you can genuinely own the people function.
You'll be organised, commercially minded and confident dealing with people at every level.
Dental/orthodontic experience is highly desirable, particularly if you're familiar with CQC, GDC and clinical compliance.
CIPD is welcome, but not essential.

💥 WHAT YOU’LL OWN

- 🔎 Recruitment & talent sourcing across multiple practices
- 🤝 Hiring & onboarding, including checks, references and contracts
- 🎯 Building a consistent induction programme across the group
- 📋 Managing CQC, GDC, DBS and compliance records
- 👥 Being the go-to person for day-to-day HR & people matters
- 📈 Supporting probation, performance, absence and employee relations
- 🗂️ Keeping staff records accurate, GDPR-compliant and inspection-ready
- 🏥 Working closely with practice managers and clinical teams
- 🚀 Helping shape the people infrastructure as the group expands
You’ve worked in dental, orthodontics, healthcare, practice management, HR or recruitment and you're ready for a role where you can genuinely own the people function.
