📍 The Role
Position: Dental Receptionist & Dental Nurse
Location: Esher
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Practice Type: Private
🕒 Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 7:45am – 5:15pm
(1-hour lunch break from 1:00pm – 2:00pm)
Friday: 7:45am – 1:30pm
No weekend working, with an early finish every Friday.
💷 Salary
£14.00 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and providing a professional front-of-house experience
- Managing appointments and patient enquiries
- Using Software of Excellence (SOE) to support the smooth running of the practice
- Providing chairside support for clinicians when required
- Preparing surgeries and maintaining high standards of infection control
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
✅ What They're Looking For
Essential:
- At least 1 year's experience using Software of Excellence (SOE)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident with computers and administration
- Friendly, organised, and professional approach
- Positive attitude and strong team ethic
