An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed dental practice, taking over a busy, inherited patient list with an exceptional 96% recall rate. This is a genuine opportunity to step straight into a productive diary with minimal time spent building a list, making it ideal for a dentist looking for immediate stability and strong earning potential.

The practice offers an 80% NHS / 20% Private split, with excellent opportunities to further develop private treatments, including Invisalign and any specialist interests you may bring. If you have skills beyond general dentistry, the practice is keen to support and encourage them.

📍 The Role

Position: Associate Dentist
Employment Type: Permanent
Practice Type: Mixed NHS & Private (Approx. 80% NHS / 20% Private)
Working Pattern:

• Monday
• Tuesday
• Wednesday
• Friday (essential)

Flexible on the remaining days, however Friday must be worked.

Working Hours:

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
• Tuesday: 08:30 – 18:00
• 45-minute lunch break

💷 Remuneration

• 50% NHS
• 50% Private
• 50% Laboratory Fees

You'll inherit a well-maintained, established patient list with excellent attendance, creating strong and immediate earning potential from day one.

🦷 Clinical Scope

You'll be treating a loyal patient base across:

• General Dentistry
• Invisalign

The practice is also very welcoming of clinicians with additional interests or specialist skills, providing an excellent platform to further develop private treatments.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality NHS and private dentistry
• Take over and maintain an established patient list
• Build long-term patient relationships through excellent communication
• Promote and deliver private treatment options where appropriate
• Maintain accurate clinical records using SOE
• Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care

✅ What We're Looking For

Essential:

• GDC-registered Dentist
• NHS Performer Number
• Completed Vocational Training (VT) or recognised Vocational Training equivalent
• Confident in all aspects of General Dentistry
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Desirable:

• Invisalign experience
• Any additional specialist interests or postgraduate skills are highly encouraged
