🧩 Key Responsibilities
As Clinic Manager, you'll take responsibility for the overall operational performance of the practice, working closely with the clinical and support teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice
Leading, supporting, and motivating the wider team
Ensuring excellent standards of patient care and customer service
Supporting effective diary and practice management
Monitoring practice performance and agreed KPIs
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development
Ensuring appropriate compliance, governance, and operational standards are maintained
Working alongside clinicians and the wider team to identify areas for improvement
Managing practice processes and ensuring smooth daily operations
Helping create a positive, professional, and collaborative working environment
Supporting the practice in achieving its clinical, operational, and commercial objectives

Dental Experience – Preferred
⭐ Previous Dental Practice Manager or Dental Clinic Manager experience

⭐ Familiarity with dental compliance and governance
Dental experience is preferred but not essential.
The practice may also consider candidates from other healthcare management backgrounds where they can demonstrate strong leadership, operational management, compliance, and people-management experience.
