With a strong private focus and regular implant cases, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge of comprehensive treatment planning and private case acceptance.
🧩 What Will the Role Involve?
This position is primarily Treatment Coordinator-based, giving you the opportunity to guide patients through their treatment journey from consultation to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
💬 Conducting TCO consultations and building rapport with patients
📅 Coordinating appointments and treatment schedules
📖 Explaining treatment plans and discussing patient options
🤝 Supporting patients in understanding the benefits and value of recommended care
📞 Following up on enquiries and maintaining patient engagement
💻 Managing administrative duties and maintaining accurate records using SOE
🦷 Providing chairside support when covering sickness absence
🦷 Assisting the visiting implantologist during specialist clinics
🌟 Acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the patient journey

Essential
✔ GDC-registered Dental Nurse
✔ Strong dental background and clinical understanding
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Passion for patient care and relationship-building
✔ Organised, proactive, and confident approach
✔ Genuine appetite to move into a TCO-focused role
Desirable
⭐ Previous Treatment Coordinator experience
⭐ Implant dentistry experience
⭐ Lead Nurse or Senior Nurse background
⭐ Confidence discussing treatment plans and supporting case acceptance

SOE Software
Previous SOE experience would be advantageous but is not essential for the right candidate.
