💷 Salary & Progression
£18.00 per hour initially
📈 Following successful completion of training and full integration into the Head Nurse and compliance responsibilities, salary will increase to £19.00 per hour, alongside annual salary reviews.

Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you'll continue to enjoy a varied clinical role supporting treatments including:
✨ General Dentistry
✨ Cosmetic Dentistry
The practice dedicates approximately two days per week to cosmetic-focused treatments, providing exposure to higher-end private dentistry and smile enhancement procedures.

This role offers far more than traditional dental nursing.
As Head Nurse, you'll become a key point of contact within the practice, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations while supporting the wider team.
Responsibilities will include:
✔ Leading and supporting the nursing team
✔ Monitoring clinical standards and protocols
✔ Assisting with stock management and practice organisation
✔ Supporting compliance processes and record keeping
✔ Helping maintain CQC readiness and standards
✔ Working closely with clinicians and management to ensure efficient workflows
Importantly, prior CQC management experience is not essential.
The practice is happy to provide structured training and support for a nurse who demonstrates the right attitude, leadership qualities, and willingness to learn.

✔ Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience
