We are looking for an experienced and motivated Treatment Co-ordinator (TCO) to join our clients friendly and professional private practice in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive team within a modern, well-established practice offering a wide range of specialist dental treatments.

About the Role As a Treatment Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey. You’ll work closely with clinicians and the wider practice team to ensure patients fully understand their treatment options, costs, and care plans, delivering an exceptional patient experience from consultation to completion.
Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in a Treatment Co-ordinator (TCO) role
• Strong knowledge of specialist dental treatments
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident, professional, and patient-focused approach
