The practice offers an impressive range of treatments including general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, implants, whitening, Invisalign, and facial aesthetics. They are now seeking a professional and welcoming Dental Receptionist to join their growing team.
About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-facing environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. A background in dental nursing is highly desirable, as it provides valuable insight into clinical workflows and patient needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a friendly and professional front-of-house experience
- Managing appointments, diaries, and daily patient communication
- Assisting with treatment plans and payments
- Supporting smooth day-to-day operations for the clinical team
- Maintaining high standards of organisation and patient care
Pay From £15 per hour, depending on experience.
