Dental Nurse – Private Practice | Located on the Outskirts of Abingdon | Up to £17/hr | Full-Time | No Weekends
Are you a skilled and passionate Dental Nurse looking for your next opportunity in a supportive, modern private practice? My client is expanding their exceptional team and is offering a permanent, full-time position with no weekends or out-of-hours—ideal for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Hours:
42 hours per week:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 8:30am to 5:30pm
Wednesday – 8:30am to 7:30pm
(1-hour lunch break each day)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Working on behalf of a well-established private practice, this role offers the chance to be a key member of the clinical team, supporting a wide range of treatments, including:
Who My Client Is Looking For:
They’re seeking a confident all-rounder, someone proactive, adaptable, and keen to be an integral part of a busy and friendly team. SOE Software experience is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Salary:
£14 to £17 per hour, depending on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- General Dentistry: Supporting routine check-ups, fillings, and overall patient care
- Implants: Assisting with implant procedures and keeping a sterile environment
- Endodontics: Helping during root canal treatments and preparing necessary materials
- Hygiene Support: Working alongside Hygiene Therapists to deliver oral health care
- Orthodontics & Invisalign: Assisting with braces, Invisalign, and appliance fittings
- Periodontics: Supporting gum treatments and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
