Lead Dental Nurse – Chelsea
Full-time | Fully Private Practice | Experience Required
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Please note you will be required to work one half-day on a Saturday and one half-day on a Sunday each month.
Salary: Up to £18 per hour (negotiable)

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the dental nursing team with confidence
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and manage audits effectively
- Coordinate staff rotas and assist with reception duties as needed
- Maintain and update accurate patient records
- Oversee instrument decontamination procedures
- Provide expert clinical chairside support to dentists
- Deliver outstanding, friendly patient care with a positive approach
- Fully qualified, GDC-registered Dental Nurse (essential)
- Experience leading a dental team
- Experience with Dentally software preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Personable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
