About the Role
As Lead Dental Nurse, you’ll play a key role in managing and inspiring a skilled nursing team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering the highest standard of patient care. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the dental nursing team
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and manage practice audits
- Oversee staff rotas and support reception where needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data integrity
- Manage instrument decontamination and infection control processes
- Provide professional chairside support across a range of treatments
- Deliver warm, compassionate, and patient-focused care
- Fully qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse (essential)
- Proven experience in a lead or senior dental nursing role
- Knowledge of Dentally software preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive, proactive, and people-focused attitude
