We are a well-established private dental practice located in the prestigious Harley Street area, seeking a friendly, organised, and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

We are a well-established private dental practice located in the prestigious Harley Street area, seeking a friendly, organised, and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
Position Details:
- Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (paid lunch hour)
- Employment Type: Permanent, Part-Time
- Salary: £14–£15 per hour (depending on experience)
- Start Date: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Front desk duties including greeting patients and answering calls
- Appointment scheduling and diary management
- Processing payments and insurance documentation
- Managing patient records using Exact (SOE) software
- Providing support to the clinical team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist in a private setting
- Proficiency in dental software – ideally Exact (SOE)
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Friendly, professional manner and ability to work independently
- Willingness to occasionally cover at our sister practice in Hampstead
