A fully private, modern 6-surgery dental practice in Grayshott, Hindhead is looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join their team for a maternity cover position starting in November/December 2025.
You'll benefit from a smooth handover working alongside the current PM for 1–2 months before they go on leave in early February, ensuring you're confident, settled, and set up for success.

🔍 The Role:

• Employment Type: Maternity Cover (Full-Time or Part-Time – minimum 3 days/week)
• Days: Monday to Friday (no weekends)
• Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, with flexibility for half days/early finishes
• Start Date: Nov/Dec 2025
• Dental Software: SOE
• Practice Type: Fully Private
• Treatments: General, Cosmetic, Implants, Perio
• Location: Grayshott, Hindhead – within walking distance of free parking

✅ What We're Looking For:

• GDC registration not essential, but experience as a Dental Practice Manager is a must
• Strong CQC knowledge
• Excellent leadership & communication skills
• Someone proactive, warm, and organised
• Must be happy to work across both patient care and team coordination
