🌟 What We Offer

• 🏛 A permanent, full-time position within a modern, private dental practice renowned for clinical excellence and five-star patient care.
• 🕗 Core working hours are 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday.
• 🌙 You’ll be expected to cover 1-2 late nights per week (until 7:00 PM) and one Saturday per month (8:30 AM – 1:00/2:00 PM) – excellent work-life balance with no Sundays!
• 💰 A competitive salary ranging from £12-13/hour for newly qualified nurses up to £16–£17/hour for experienced candidates (equivalent to approx. £32,000 per annum).
• 🚘 Onsite parking available at the main practice for added convenience.
• 🛫 Opportunity to attend our other site once per month – travel costs are fully covered.

🛠 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities As a Dental Nurse within our high-end clinical environment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Providing comprehensive chairside assistance to our clinicians across multiple specialities.
• Ensuring excellent infection control procedures are followed at all times and maintaining impeccable hygiene standards.
• Preparing treatment rooms before and after procedures to ensure a safe and seamless experience for both patients and clinicians.
• Supporting cosmetic, surgical, orthodontic, and endodontic procedures with efficiency and professionalism.
• Sterilising instruments and managing decontamination workflows in line with CQC and GDC guidelines.
• Using Dentally software to support patient management, clinical note recording, and practice admin duties.
• Delivering a calm, reassuring presence for patients throughout their treatment journey.

• You must be GDC registered – newly qualified or experienced candidates welcome.

• Strong communication skills, a team-first mentality, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
