A prestigious private dental clinic on Wimpole Street, London is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join their highly regarded team on a 9-month maternity cover contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to work full-time within a specialist-led practice known for its excellence in implant, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.
Role Overview

• Position: Treatment Coordinator
• Employment Term: Full Time – 9-Month Maternity Cover
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 08:30 – 17:45
• Location: Wimpole Street, London (Private Specialist Practice)
• Salary: £37,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
• Start Date: ASAP

The Practice This is a well-established, fully private specialist dental practice offering advanced treatments in implants, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. With a reputation for excellence and a strong referral base, the team is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a state-of-the-art environment.
What You'll Do As the Treatment Coordinator, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for new and existing patients
• Manage patient journeys from initial enquiry to post-treatment follow-up
• Present complex treatment plans and support patient understanding
• Build trust and rapport to drive treatment conversions
• Collaborate closely with clinicians and support staff
• Use Exact (SOE) software daily to manage patient records and appointments

What We're Looking For

• Strong dental background (clinical or administrative)
• In-depth knowledge of implants, restorative, and cosmetic treatments
• Proven TCO experience or similar role in a private setting
• Excellent sales and communication skills
• Fluent in Exact (SOE) dental software
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient service
