⭐ The Role
- Permanent position – 3 days per week to start (Tues/Weds/Thurs)
- Working hours: 09:00 – 17:00 (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Start date: January 2026 (or sooner – December start possible)
- Software: SOE
- Clear aligners
- Orthodontics
- Implants (desirable, not essential – we’d love to expand this service if you bring the skills)
- 45% split with excellent earning potential
- Associates currently average £7.5–8k per month working just 3 days
- Equivalent to £85–90,000 per year (pro-rata)
- Stable patient flow, giving you both security and scope to build your own treatment portfolio
