- Book and coordinate appointments using Exact (SOE) software.
- Handle patient enquiries, payments, and daily admin with efficiency and care.
- Support the dental team to keep everything running smoothly.
- Work flexible shifts between:
- Mon–Thurs: 8am–8pm
- Fri: 8am–6pm
- Weekends: Two Sat or Sun per month (never both, and with a weekday off in return)
- Experienced Dental Receptionist (SOE/Exact knowledge essential).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organised, detail-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
- Confident using IT systems and multitasking under pressure.
- Reliable, flexible, and professional at all times.
