ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT CO-ORDINATOR (TCO) – FULL-TIME OR 4 DAYS PER WEEK | £15+ PER HOUR PLUS COMMISSION | START DATE: ASAP | FREE PARKING AVAILABLE
We are currently seeking a confident, professional, and patient-focused Orthodontic Treatment Co-ordinator to join our friendly and highly skilled team at a modern, 13-surgery mixed dental practice offering general dentistry, orthodontics, and implants.
Location: Bexleyheath
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (Monday to Friday), with flexibility to consider 4 days per week
Working Hours: 08:45 to 17:45
Dental Software: Kodak R4
Salary: £15+ per hour, depending on experience, plus commission

As an Orthodontic Treatment Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our award-winning orthodontist and clinical team, delivering exceptional care and guiding patients through their treatment journey. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for all orthodontic patient enquiries
- Delivering a high-quality, personalised patient experience throughout the treatment journey
- Coordinating diaries and scheduling appointments efficiently
- Preparing treatment plans, financial information, and patient correspondence
- Conducting consultations to explain treatment options, payment plans, and aftercare
- Maintaining accurate records and clinical notes
- Managing patient communications, follow-ups, and queries
- Working collaboratively with the clinical and reception teams to ensure a smooth workflow
- GDC registration is essential
- Previous experience in a Treatment Co-ordinator role is highly desirable, ideally within orthodontics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Kodak R4 is desirable
- A positive, approachable, and professional manner
