We are a modern, forward-thinking 4-surgery private dental practice, offering a full range of treatments including general dentistry, implants, endodontics, and oral surgery. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of patient care in a relaxed, friendly, and professional environment. Now, we’re looking for a GDC-registered Dental Nurse to bring their energy, skills, and team spirit to the practice.

🗓 Working Hours & Flexibility

We understand that life doesn’t always fit into a 9–5 schedule. That’s why we’re proud to offer a flexible working pattern:

• Core hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00
• Part-time option available – a minimum of 2 days per week
• Up to 40 hours per week for full-time applicants
• Optional Saturdays: This gives you flexibility without pressure. 🕒

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

You’ll be an integral part of a close-knit clinical team, supporting a variety of treatments and procedures across general and specialist dentistry. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality chairside assistance to dentists and specialists during general, implant, endodontic, and surgical procedures
• Maintaining excellent cross-infection control and decontamination procedures in accordance with CQC standards
• Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials ahead of appointments
• Supporting with impressions, radiographs, and other clinical duties as needed
• Ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping using System for Dentist software
• Managing stock levels, surgery supplies, and equipment
• Delivering exceptional patient care by providing reassurance, information, and support throughout the patient journey
• Occasionally assisting at reception when needed — we value team players who are happy to roll up their sleeves and help wherever required 💪

✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who isn’t just qualified, but genuinely passionate about delivering excellent dental care. Our ideal candidate is:

• GDC registered – this is essential
• Professional, reliable, and well-presented
• Confident across a wide range of treatments, ideally with experience assisting in implant and surgical procedures
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• An excellent communicator with a friendly and calm manner, especially with nervous patients
• A proactive and adaptable team player – someone who likes to get stuck in and contribute positively to the day-to-day running of the practice
