We are an established, modern, and fully independent dental practice in Oxford, and we’re expanding our fantastic team. We have a full-time, permanent position available for a dedicated Dental Nurse who wants to thrive in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
⭐ What We Offer
- Competitive pay: £14–£17 per hour (depending on experience)
- A secure, permanent full-time role – no evenings or weekends
- Consistent hours: 42 hours per week
- Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
- Wed: 8:30 am – 7:30 pm (with a one-hour lunch break every day)
- The chance to develop your skills across multiple specialties (implants, endodontics, orthodontics, Invisalign, periodontics, and more)

- GDC registration required
- SOE experience is a bonus (training available if not)
- Flexible, reliable, and proactive in supporting all aspects of the practice
- Warm, professional manner with patients of all ages
- Chairside assistance across a wide range of treatments
- Maintaining impeccable infection control and sterilisation protocols
- Preparing and organising clinical areas and equipment
- Supporting colleagues, including our Hygiene Therapist
- Updating patient records accurately using SOE software
- Helping patients feel calm, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit
