Are you an organised, personable, and experienced dental receptionist looking for your next opportunity? We’re a modern private dental practice in the heart of City, London, and we're looking for a full-time receptionist to join our friendly and professional team.

💷 Salary: £15–£16 per hour (depending on experience)
🗓 Start Date: ASAP
🕒 Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• One Saturday per month: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM

🦷 About the Role: You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from start to finish. The role involves:

• Managing patient bookings and diaries
• Handling calls, emails, and patient enquiries
• Processing payments and updating records
• Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks
• Using Exact (SOE) dental software (desirable, but not essential)

✅ Requirements:

• Essential: Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist
• Desirable: Experience with Exact (SOE) dental software
