Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting the nursing team
- Overseeing staff rotas and reception cover
- Ensuring CQC compliance and managing audits
- Chair-side assistance to dentists during clinical procedures
- Setting up and sterilising instruments
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Assisting with front-of-house duties when required
- Providing outstanding patient care
- GDC Registered (essential)
- Confident in a leadership or senior nursing role
- Organised, proactive, and a strong communicator
- Experienced with Exact software (preferred but not essential)
- Personable, positive, and committed to delivering high-quality care
- Competitive salary – up to £19.50/hr
- Monday to Friday only – no weekends
