You’ll be the driving force behind the day-to-day success of the practice — managing people, processes, and performance with precision and professionalism.
🔹 Your Role Includes:
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure a five-star experience for every patient
- Managing the full patient journey, from first contact to aftercare — delivering discretion, warmth, and excellence throughout
- Leading and motivating a skilled team of clinicians, nurses, and front-of-house staff
- Driving team performance, ensuring training, compliance, and morale remain high
- Managing practice finances: daily banking, reporting, stock control, and private treatment plans
- Ensuring full compliance with CQC, health & safety, and GDPR regulations
- Monitoring and improving internal processes, patient flow, and operational efficiency
- Supporting marketing, reputation management, and referral growth
- Managing patient feedback and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally
- Proven experience in a private dental or healthcare management setting
- Excellent understanding of CQC standards and private sector compliance
- Commercial awareness — confident managing KPIs, financials, and patient conversions
- A warm, confident presence with outstanding people and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Familiarity with leading dental software systems (e.g. Dentally, SOE, R4, etc.)
