What You’ll Be Doing
This role is at the heart of our clinic. You won’t be tucked away in an office — you’ll be visible, approachable, and in control of day-to-day operations:
- Running reception with warmth and efficiency, ensuring every patient feels valued
- Managing diaries to keep the clinic flowing smoothly (and the team happy!)
- Handling invoices and admin like a pro
- Keeping patient flow, scheduling, and communication seamless
- Occasionally visiting our alt. branch to ensure consistency across sites

The Details
- Hours:
- Mon–Fri: 9:00am - 5:30pm - no weekends!
- Salary: £14–£18 per hour, depending on experience.
- Software: SOE
- Start date: ASAP
- Has at least 2 years’ experience in a private dental practice
- Understands how to run a practice with efficiency and professionalism
- Is confident, organised, and proactive in anticipating needs before they become problems
- Communicates clearly with patients and team members alike
- No weekend or late-night work — your evenings and weekends are yours
