🦷 Denture Lab Manager – Full Time | Up to £70,000 DOE | Walsall

Location: Walsall, West Midlands
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) + Performance Bonus
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Flexible start/finish times)

Are you a highly experienced Denture Technician with a passion for quality and team leadership? We’re seeking a confident, hands-on Lab Manager to lead and manage our busy denture lab in Walsall, overseeing a team of 10–15 technicians.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the lab’s day-to-day operations in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. Digital denture experience is not essential – full training will be provided.

🔧 Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lab operations, managing workflow from case intake to final QC
• Lead, train, and support a team of 10–15 dental technicians
• Maintain quality standards, production targets, and turnaround times
• Coordinate with clinicians and administrative teams for efficient case handling
• Manage stock levels, equipment maintenance, and lab resources
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and lab protocols
• Support team development and performance management
• Help implement new systems and digital workflows (training provided)

🧠 You’ll Need To Have

• Strong experience as a denture technician across all aspects of denture production
• Lab management or leadership experience in a dental lab setting
• Excellent organisational and people management skills
• Quality-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
• Open to learning and implementing digital processes
• A proactive, problem-solving approach and a positive attitude
