🦷 General Associate Dentist – Private Practice

Employment Type: Part-Time (2–3 Days/Week)
Start Date: November 2025 (or sooner for the ideal candidate)

Are you a caring, confident dentist looking for a better way to practise? Do you value time with your patients, clinical independence, and being part of a small, supportive team? If so, this opportunity might be exactly what you're looking for.
We're seeking a General Associate Dentist to join our fully private, independent dental practice, offering a refreshing alternative to the pressures of NHS dentistry. With a loyal patient base, a well-equipped surgery, and a collaborative environment, you'll be supported to focus on doing what you do best – providing high-quality care with integrity and confidence.

🗓 The Role
  • Days: 2–3 days per week
    – Ideally Monday to Wednesday, though we’re open to other arrangements for the right candidate
  • Hours: 08:30–17:30
  • Private Practice Only – no NHS, no UDAs, no quotas
  • Dental Software: Systems for Dentists
  • A well-maintained, established patient list with room to grow
  • You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians, nurses, and admin staff in a respectful, supportive environment
  • Emphasis on preventive, ethical dentistry, not sales
💷 What We Offer:
  • 45% of gross earnings
  • Consistent and reliable patient base
  • Full clinical freedom and autonomy – your decisions are trusted
  • A practice that values communication, trust, and long-term relationships
  • Minimal admin – we have excellent systems and support in place
  • A calm, modern working environment with a focus on quality, not quantity
  • No weekends or evenings – we protect your work-life balance
Who We’re Looking For:
  • A qualified, GDC-registered dentist with a solid grounding in general dentistry
  • Someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’re warm, approachable, and patient-focused
  • Comfortable building rapport and trust with patients over time
  • A reliable, ethical clinician who takes pride in high standards
  • Confident working independently but happy to collaborate with a like-minded team
  • Up to date with CPD, compliance, and best practices
🌟 Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience in private dentistry
  • Additional training or interests (e.g., composite bonding, aligners, minimally invasive treatments – not essential)
  • A desire to be part of a small, tight-knit practice for the long term
📩 How to Apply We're reviewing applications now and can bring the start date forward for the right candidate. Interviews are available at your convenience – let’s start the conversation.
