About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Dental Nurse who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. The successful candidate will assist dentists and hygienists in providing high-quality dental care while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and patient comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during all clinical procedures.
- Prepare, clean, and maintain the dental surgery before and after each patient.
- Sterilise and organise instruments in accordance with infection control policies.
- Offer reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Comply with all health, safety, and cross-infection control regulations.
- GDC registration (or currently working towards qualification).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, patient-focused, and professional attitude.
- Previous experience in dental nursing preferred, but not essential – full training and support can be provided.
- Competitive hourly rate: up to £16 per hour (DOE)
