🦷 What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality private general dentistry with a focus on prevention, function, and aesthetics
- Carrying out comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education
- Providing a wide range of treatments including:
- Routine restorations
- Endodontics (rotary endo available)
- Cosmetic dentistry (composite bonding, whitening, veneers)
- Implant restoration (placement if trained)
- Invisalign and other clear aligners
- Maintaining accurate, GDPR-compliant records using SOE
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with patients
- Adhering to GDC, CQC, and practice compliance standards
- Engaging in CPD and contributing to a positive, forward-thinking team culture
- 45% gross income split
- 50% split for earnings over £18,000/month
- Established patient list with strong ongoing demand
- Flexible hours – minimum 32 hours/week, up to 37 with optional Wednesday morning
- Clinical freedom to pursue your interests (cosmetic, Invisalign, implants, etc.)
- Fully equipped surgery with modern tools and materials
- Ongoing mentorship and support for advanced training
- GDC-registered dentist with full right to work in the UK
- 2+ years post-qualification experience (UK private preferred)
- Confident in independent practice and committed to long-term patient care
- Experience or strong interest in cosmetic procedures, Invisalign, and/or implants is a plus
- Completion of composite bonding or aesthetic courses is highly desirable
- Personable, professional, and an excellent communicator
