This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and professional nurse who thrives in a supportive, specialist environment and enjoys both clinical and administrative duties.
About the Role Position: Dental Nurse
Type: Permanent, Private
Days: Monday to Friday (with every other Saturday morning) – Practice closed on Wednesdays
Hours: 08:30 – 17:30
Software: Dental+
Dentistry: Specialist Orthodontics
Salary: Up to £15.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
The Practice This is a small, well-established orthodontic clinic with a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere, providing exceptional care and building strong patient relationships. You’ll be part of a passionate team that values teamwork, attention to detail, and patient satisfaction above all.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance for orthodontic procedures and general dentistry when required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised surgery in compliance with infection control standards.
- Support the practice with reception and administrative duties when needed.
- Build rapport with patients, offering reassurance and excellent customer service throughout their treatment journey.
- Ensure accurate patient record management using Dental+ software.
- GDC Registered Dental Nurse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable assisting with admin and reception duties
- Confident with patients and maintains a professional manner
- Previous Orthodontic experience
- Experience working within a private dental setting
- Competitive hourly rate up to £15.50ph
- Friendly, supportive team in a well-run private practice
