Part-Time Practice Manager – Private Dental Practice, Blackheath SE3

The practice is now seeking an experienced Practice Manager with a dental nursing background (GDC registered) to take on a key leadership role within their modern, well-equipped clinic.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Practice Manager (GDC Registered)
• Employment Type: Part-time (2–3 days per week, days flexible based on availability)
• Salary: £18–£21 per hour (dependent on experience and skills)
• Location: Blackheath, SE3
• Nearest Station: Blackheath Station (excellent transport links)
• Parking: Street parking available

About the Practice: This is a beautiful, three-surgery private practice equipped with state-of-the-art technology and supported by a highly skilled and friendly dental team. The practice enjoys a five-star Google rating and an outstanding reputation within the local community for excellence in both clinical care and patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily running of the practice to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Lead and support the dental team with a positive, collaborative approach
• Manage CQC compliance and maintain up-to-date documentation using the DCME platform
• Handle patient relations with professionalism and care
• Coordinate staff rotas, appraisals, and team meetings
• Support with recruitment, training, and performance management

About You:

• GDC-registered Dental Nurse with experience in practice management
• Strong understanding of CQC compliance and clinical governance
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Confident communicator with a calm, professional manner
• Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and supporting a motivated dental team
