Associate Dentist – Private Practice Norton (3 Days per Week, ASAP Start)

My client is seeking a passionate and reliable Associate Dentist to join their established private dental practice on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys general dentistry and is keen to develop their skills in clear aligner and orthodontic treatments.

Position Details:

• Days: 3 days per week – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch)
• Start Date: January 2026 (can accommodate an earlier start in December if required)
• Dental Software: SOE (Software of Excellence)

About the Role:

• Predominantly general dentistry (around 80%), with scope to expand into clear aligners and orthodontics
• Opportunity to build on existing patient base and contribute to growing cosmetic services
• Implants not currently offered but would be supported if the successful candidate has experience

Earnings & Benefits:

• 45% remuneration
• Average earnings: £7,500–£8,000 per month (based on 3 days per week)
• Estimated annual income: £85,000–£90,000

Requirements:

• GDC-registered Dentist with experience in general dentistry
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
• Reliable, professional, and passionate about high-quality care

Desirable:

• Experience in Implant Dentistry
