🔑 The Role – Lead Dental Nurse As Lead Dental Nurse, you will play a key role in both clinical support and practice leadership, including:
- Confidently leading and supporting the nursing team
- Ensuring CQC compliance and overseeing audits
- Managing staff rotas and supporting reception operations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Overseeing decontamination processes and instrument set-up
- Providing high-quality chairside support
- Supporting reception duties when required
- Delivering exceptional patient care at all times
- GDC registered Dental Nurse
- Confident leading a team and setting standards
- Experience with Dentally (preferred)
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Personable, positive and patient-focused
- Committed to delivering outstanding clinical and customer care
