💼 Position Overview
- Job Title: Dental Nurse
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum 3 days per week)
- Working Days: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 08:30–17:30 (arrive at 08:15 to set up)
- Saturdays: Very occasional, as required
- Start Date: ASAP — practice expansion underway
- Location: Eastbourne — free parking available

- Support from Dental Therapists & Hygienists

🌟 What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Qualified Dental Nurse (no trainees)
- Confident and experienced — able to settle in quickly
- Friendly, reliable, and professional
- Comfortable primarily nursing, with occasional reception duties
- Applicants close to qualification considered if exceptional
- Experience using R4 software
- Chairside support for dentists, hygienists, therapists, and visiting specialists
- Setting up and closing down surgeries daily
- Maintaining excellent cross-infection control
- Sterilising and preparing instruments
- Assisting with orthodontic, implant, and general procedures
- Updating patient notes and ensuring smooth patient flow
- Occasional reception cover when needed
- Providing warm, reassuring care to every patient
- Dependent on experience — discussed at interview
