We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join a busy, high-quality orthodontic team in Brent, London.
This is a key patient-facing role where you’ll guide patients through every stage of their orthodontic journey — from the first consultation to the final smile. You’ll work closely with the orthodontists to coordinate treatment plans, discuss financial options, and ensure a smooth and positive patient experience throughout.

Main Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations, discussing treatment options and expected outcomes.
- Present treatment plans, costs, and finance options clearly and confidently.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate diagnostic procedures.
- Follow up with patients to maximise conversion rates and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update tracking systems.
- Provide ongoing support, education, and reassurance to patients.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and encourage patient referrals and reviews.
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a dental/orthodontic role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, confident manner.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements.
- Proactive, patient-focused, and professional in all interactions.
- £40,000 annual salary
