Dental Recruit Network is working in partnership with a well-established fully private dental practice in Norton, seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join their friendly and professional team on a part-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinician who enjoys high-quality general dentistry, with genuine scope to develop skills in clear aligners, orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry within a supportive private environment.

🦷 Role Details

• Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (3 days per week)
• Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch)
• Practice Type: Fully Private
• Dental Software: SOE (Software of Excellence)
• Employment: Permanent

• Predominantly general dentistry (approx. 80%)
• Excellent opportunity to expand into clear aligners, orthodontics, and cosmetic treatments
• Established private patient base with strong demand
• Implant dentistry welcomed – full support available for clinicians with experience or interest
• Emphasis on ethical, patient-centred care rather than high-volume dentistry

💰 Earnings & Benefits

• 45% private remuneration
• Average monthly earnings: £7,500 – £8,000 (3 days per week)
• Estimated annual income: £85,000 – £90,000

✅ Requirements

• GDC-registered Dentist
• Confident in general dentistry
• Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-focused approach
• Professional, reliable, and motivated

Desirable:

• Experience or interest in Implant Dentistry
