🌟 The Role – A True All-Rounder Position
You’ll play a key part in the smooth running of the practice, supporting both clinical and front-of-house functions:
🦷 Clinical Nursing
- Chairside support in General Dentistry, Implants, and routine treatments
- Preparing and maintaining clinical areas to a high standard
- Providing calm, friendly support to patients throughout their visit
- Ensuring instruments are sterilised and tracked correctly
- Maintaining infection control standards across surgeries
- Keeping decon processes compliant and efficient
- Welcoming patients and managing their journey
- Handling appointments, calls, and queries using SOE
- Supporting the wider team to keep the day running smoothly

- Mixed practice: primarily private, with a small NHS contract
- Uses SOE (Software of Excellence)
- Offers implants and general dentistry (no Invisalign)
💼 Who We’re Looking For Essential
- Qualified Dental Nurse (newly qualified welcome!)
- Not accepting trainees at this time
- Reliable, proactive, and confident working across reception, nursing, and decon
- Someone adaptable who enjoys variety and can step into different roles as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with SOE
- Experience in implant nursing (training can be provided)
- Competitive hourly rate: £14–£17
- GDC registration fee paid annually
